Pazar is situated at Hopa – Rize highway, 38 kilometers far from the city center. There are two tunnels between Çayeli and Pazar. That there are frequent landslides at Çayeli side of highway and Melyat threatens the traffic safety.
Moreover there is a wharf in city center, a port which provides medium-tonnage ships to enter in Kirazlýk neighborhood and a fisher shelter each of Soðuksu neighborhood and Balýkçý village. However, because fisher shelters are full of sand and gravel, there is needed to clean.
There is not railway and airport in Pazar. Trabzon Airport is used for air transport.
